We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. For most orders, please allow up to 3-7  business days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

Order Delivery Lifecycle

We aim to fulfill all orders within 1 business day. Once the orders are fulfilled, a shipping label is created based on the delivery information in customer orders. The packages are then picked from our warehouse by our courier partners, who strive to bring all packages safely and in a timely manner, to your doorstep!

Shipping Terms:
Fulfill: Time taken by our inventory and warehousing team to pick, pack, verify & ship your order.
Shipping Label: Scannable stickers having tracking information for your orders.
Shipping Time: Time elapsed from when the package is picked up from our warehouse and delivered to your doorstep.
Delivery Time: Total time elapsed from the order being placed, to it reaching your doorstep. 

 

*Above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc.)

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a simple 30 days Return Policy, if you wish to return or exchange an item. Please contact us to request a refund/exchange. As soon as we receive your package, the items will go through inventory control and then we will proceed with a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returns must be unused and in original condition. All returned items must be unused and undamaged in the original packaging. There should be no scratches or marks on the item; the product should not have been altered in any way. Any items that are received that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. We will only issue a credit once we have received and examined the product. Contact us via our contact page with your order number to request a refund/exchange.
